Upon completion of a simple application form and relevant credit checks, accounts can be opened by our accounts department. A unique account number will be supplied to the customer that should be quoted when making telephone, fax or e-mail bookings. If required, we can also offer further levels of security for your peace of mind.

Once opened, an account is an ideal way to organise your business travel without worrying about  paying cash at the time. Employees, clients and visiting VIPs can enjoy the flexibility that an account offers as vehicles can be ordered when required in the knowledge that our response time around the City is 10-15 minutes, even at most peak times. An administration charge will be added to the fares and the details of each journey undertaken as well as the above charges are outlined on a monthly invoice, sent out in the first few days of each month on a twenty-one days to pay basis. Administration charges vary between 5% and 20% dependent upon volume of use.

For larger customers, a dedicated account manager can be assigned to an account to have the responsibility for receiving and making all relevant bookings and allocating drivers to jobs if required. Account managers can easily be reached through a direct line and can get to know and deal accordingly with the specific requirements their account customer may have. Regular meetings can be arranged to discuss requirements and in some cases fixed prices for the same regular journeys can be applied to a customers account.
